  • After you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the requested services. Please double check the services and address listed. If there are any errors, please email groombuster@gmail.com with needed updates.

    24-48 hours before the appointment, you will receive a reminder email about your scheduled appointment. If you are needing to cancel, please give as much notice as possible to fill the open spot.

    On the day of the appointment, Groombusters will arrive and park outside your place of residence or work. The pet parent will then receive a phone call and let you know that they are ready for your fur baby.

  • We happily serve the city of Pueblo, Pueblo West, and the county.

  • Groombusters requires proof of rabies vaccination. The booking website will require date of expiration and a document upload.

  • Pricing a deluxe style has many factors that go into it. Some of those factors being:

    1) What kind of coat does your dog have? Does it have a single coat similar to Yorkie or a double coat like a Pomeranian?

    2) Is your dog’s coat groomed regularly?

    3) Will light dematting need to happen during the grooming process?

    These three questions help determine the pricing and the time it will take to complete the process.

  • Small dogs- Dogs that weigh under 25 pounds.

    Medium dogs- Dogs that weigh between 26-55 pounds.

    Large dogs- Any dog weighing over 56-74 pounds.

    XLarge Dogs- Dogs that weigh over 75 pounds.

  • No, we give a time frame of arrival not an exact time. This is due to possible disruptions such as traffic, weather, or spending more time with an older/younger/more difficult pet than expected. If we are going to be considerably later/earlier than our scheduled appointment time, every effort will be made to contact you so that you so that you are aware.

  • At this time, Groombusters does not provide services to cats.

  • Groombusters has weight limit of 100 lbs. Some exceptions may apply on a case by case basis. Please reach out groombuster@gmail.com.

  • No, Groombusters does not accept sedated dogs. Mobile Grooming is a great option for dogs that get overwhelmed while traveling or going to new places. If you feel you pet needs to be sedated, Groombusters recommends reaching out to your veterinarian and inquire about other grooming services.

  • Groombusters will do light dematting up to 15 minutes. Any heavy matting, will have to shaved for the comfort of your pet. Please see our dematting pricing by going to Services, then scrolling down to Pricing and expanding the Add Ons section.

  • Groombusters accepts major credit cards, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

  • Our shed control package uses the furminator shampoo and conditioner during the bathing process. After the bath is done, your furbaby receives extra brushing time to gently remove dead or loose hair. When done regularly, this package can reduce shedding by 60-80%

  • Groombusters mobile unit is a self contained unit. The unit has a fresh water tank for baths, and a grey water tank to collect all the dirty bath water. The unit has enough power to run all electronic equipment during the bathing or grooming process.

  • Each fur baby is unique, but the average grooming appointment takes 1-2 hours.
