Meet the little ole man that started it all. Although Jake loved Petsmart for their treats and toys, he hated the grooming salon due to the loud noises and other dogs. He would become overwhelmed and stressed and began to dread the whole grooming process. That all changed when the mobile grooming unit was introduced into his life.
